Job summary

A recruitment management firm based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment documentation. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, 2-3 years of experience in recruitment for the Ecommerce or FMCG industry, and strong communication skills. A proactive attitude is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in Recruitment for Ecommerce or FMCG industry.
  • 2-3 years experience in roles such as Hiring BD, Video Editor, Content Specialist, Live Host.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business needs. This role focuses primarily on recruitment activities and provides administrative support only to HR Operations when required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial screening interviews (phone or online)
  • Assess candidate suitability in terms of skills, experience, and culture fit
2. Interview Coordination
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Manage interview schedules and logistics
  • Collect interview feedback and update candidate status
3. Candidate Management
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Follow up on candidate availability, notice period, and expected salary
4. Stakeholder Support
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role expectations
  • Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for review by HRBP / Hiring Managers
  • Support HRBP in recruitment planning and manpower requirements
5. Recruitment Administration & Reporting
  • Update recruitment progress reports and hiring dashboards
  • Ensure proper recruitment documentation is maintained
  • Support preparation of offer letters and onboarding documents
6. Support to HR Operations (Administrative Only)
  • Provide administrative support to HR Operations, including coordination of purchasing HR-related equipment and supplies when required
  • Assist in documentation, tracking, and follow-up related to HR equipment purchases
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in Recruitment for Ecommerce or FMCG industry
  • 2-3 years experience in Hiring BD, Video Editor, Content Specialist, Live Host, Live Team and Offline Market team
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
