A leading recruitment firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full cycle of recruitment processes and support the onboarding of new hires. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, possess strong screening and interviewing skills, and be effective in communication and time management. This role requires working in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, and offers the opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition activities including employer branding and career events.
As Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be mainly managing the full cycle of recruitment process, support on new hires onboarding and talent acquisition activities.
Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting integrity check on shortlisted candidates, etc.
Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentations, i.e.: offer letter, personal file documentations and etc.
Support on the onboarding processes.
Support on Talent Acquisition activities including employer branding exercises, internship, career events, etc.
Prepare and submit recruitment related reports.
Able to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
