• Bachelor’s degree: in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience: in system engineering, IT infrastructure, or related areas.
• Expertise in system administration: including Windows/Linux servers, network management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies: (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with scripting languages: (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of network protocols: security principles, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Relevant certifications: such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills: with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
• Experience with storage solutions: (SAN/NAS), database management, and backup systems.
