Responsible in data management systematic in backend development, jointly realizing design and implement automated development data pipelines for extraction, processing, and management.

Job Description

• Drive data governance implementation in Backend Development organization, leading to formulation of Data Quality Management Systematic.
• Carry out the documentation of data dictionaries and data lineages to uncover dependencies in development data pipelines or data quality issues.
• Work to enhance backend package development efficiency and effectiveness through data visualization and data management.
• Perform advanced statistical and analytics in supporting platform unit process development analysis, enabling fast development time-to-market.
• Be the go-to expert regarding development data management and analytics.

Your Profile

• PhD/Masters/Bachelor in Computer Science / Data Science / Electronic Engineering or its equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant work experience, surplus experience in basic project management and semiconductor backend assembly metrology process.
• Strong understanding on semiconductor backend assembly advanced packaging technology development.
• Proficient in end-to-end data use cases at backend assembly package development, touching on topics such as data engineering, analytics, and governance.
• Hands‑on experience in data management and analytics methodology in regards to process development.
• Strong accountability, self‑initiative, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is good team player who is able to work well with both internal and external partners.
