Job description

Operate and maintain Linux system environments (CentOS / Ubuntu), responsible for system-level troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Maintain and optimize existing Kubernetes clusters, including application deployment and fault troubleshooting.

Build and optimize a monitoring and alerting system based on Prometheus + Alertmanager + Grafana.

Participate in GitLab CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and release processes.

Operate and maintain common middleware systems, including MySQL, Redis, Nginx, Elasticsearch, RocketMQ, Nacos, Etcd, etc.

Manage and maintain cloud resources on Alibaba Cloud / AWS, ensuring system security and stability in cloud environments.

Respond promptly to operational incidents (monitoring, security), complete incident resolution end‑to‑end, and produce standardized SOPs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Linux operations experience;
• At least 1 year of Kubernetes operations experience, with familiarity in Service Mesh (Istio / ASM) traffic governance, canary releases, blue‑green deployments, etc.;
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Alibaba Cloud / AWS;
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and practical experience with GitLab CI;
• Proficient in the deployment and operations of monitoring, alerting, security, and logging systems;
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues related to systems, networks, and middleware;
• Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language: Python, Golang, or Shell;
• Strong ownership mindset with familiarity in operational processes such as incident management and change management.
