Job summary

A construction firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Site Surveyor cum Supervisor to lead daily site operations and ensure compliance with construction standards. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Construction or related field and 3–8 years of supervisory experience, preferably in high-rise projects. You will manage subcontractors and site resources, resolve issues, enforce safety standards, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably high-rise.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and M&E works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site operations, including subcontractors and workers.
• Supervise compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Plan and monitor work schedules and resources.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and site safety.
• Identify and resolve technical and site issues.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and prepare site reports.
• Oversee material deliveries and usage.
• Mentor junior site supervisors and staff.
