The Senior Search & Market Intelligence Analyst is a core delivery and intelligence role within Hatch Asia's search and leadership advisory platform.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of executive search engagements (delivery excellence)
- Producing high-quality market and talent intelligence to support retained search, leadership assessment, and advisory work
- Enabling senior partners to operate at higher strategic and commercial leverage
The Challenges
Executive Search Delivery
- Execute end-to-end delivery for retained and selected contingent search assignments
- Conduct market mapping across defined sectors, functions, and geographies
- Build and maintain high-quality longlists and shortlists Conduct structured candidate outreach, qualification, and pre-interviews
- Prepare client-ready candidate profiles, interview notes, and assessment summaries
- Manage interview logistics, feedback loops, and stakeholder coordination
- Track engagement timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
Market & Talent Intelligence
- Produce market intelligence briefs to support retained search pitches and leadership assessment projects
- Map talent flows, leadership movements, and competitor hiring patterns
- Support compensation and role benchmarking where required
- Maintain up-to-date intelligence on target companies, key leadership profiles, sector trends impacting talent decisions
- Contribute insight and data to client POVs and proposal materials
Engagement & Quality Management
- Act as the operational backbone of assigned engagements
- Ensure consistency and quality across client deliverables
- Identify risks early (timeline, candidate quality, client alignment) and upscale proactively
- Support post-search reviews and internal debriefs to improve future delivery
Platform & Capability Building
- Contribute to the development of Hatch Asia's search and assessment playbooks
- Improve internal processes, templates, and intelligence frameworks
- Maintain structured records in CRM and internal knowledge systems
What It Takes
- 3 years of experience in Executive search research or delivery, management consulting (analyst / associate level), corporate strategy, HR analytics, or talent intelligence roles
- Experience supporting senior-level or leadership hires is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging senior candidates professionally
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with discipline and prioritisation
- High attention to detail with strong execution standards
- Commercial awareness of how search and advisory work creates value
