Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions, including customization, integration, and data migration.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices.
• Support global rollout initiatives and provide technical consultancy.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and manage service tickets.
• Contribute to strategic planning and evaluate new technologies for future enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flow Builder).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices (Sales Cloud required; Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud are a plus).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Agile methodologies, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder / Developer I & II) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, mentor others, and travel internationally.
