A leading recruitment firm is searching for a commercial leader for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel in Putrajaya, Malaysia. You will define and execute the commercial strategy while leading a high-performing sales team. Ideal candidates have 8-10 years in FMCG sales and at least 5 years managing QSR customers. You'll negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth, partnering closely with major clients. This role offers significant responsibilities and opportunities for leadership.

As the key commercial leader for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's commercial strategy and growth agenda. This involves leading a high-performing team, developing robust joint business plans, handling major contract negotiations, and collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure innovative and tailored solutions for the company's QSR clients.
