A leading hotel chain is seeking a driven Senior Sales Manager to support revenue growth through proactive sales efforts in corporate, MICE, and leisure segments. The successful candidate will develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships while achieving sales targets aligned with hotel objectives. Responsibilities include driving revenue through proactive sales activities, conducting sales calls, preparing proposals, and collaborating with Events and Revenue teams.

  • Drive room, meeting, and event revenue through proactive sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, travel agents, and event clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and secure new business accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate rates with clients.
  • Work closely with Events and Revenue teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales trips, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
