Job summary

A leading technology company located in Malacca is seeking a dedicated sales professional with at least 5 years of experience, particularly in Semiconductor-related products. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, possess strong organizational skills, and excel at maintaining relationships with clients. This role involves various sales activities, participation in trade shows, and adherence to corporate culture. Competitive candidates will have a proactive approach and proven sales success.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience with Semiconductor Related product, mainly on Flip Chip Technology.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
  • Proven record of success in sales and maintaining strong relationship with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Carries out sales activities according to a Business Plan.
  • Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts.
  • Participates in trade shows to increase product visibility.

Skills

Sales experience with Semiconductor Related product
Fluency in English
Fluency in Mandarin
Knowledge in RFID and WLCSP

Job description

Based in Melaka

Key Responsibilities
  • Carries out sales activities (face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre‑established Individuals Business Plan or project
  • Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow Muehlbauer branding of target market in Asia
  • A well presenter with provided marketing tool. Dedicated in work and aggressive in pursuing new project opportunity
  • Participation in Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Laser Technology and NEPCON trade shows to increase visibility of Muehlbauer products and technology, and to position Muehlbauer as a market leader in Traceability total solutions or factory
  • Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis
  • Follows all Muehlbauer corporate culture positively and correctly
  • Responds to change productively and handles other duties as required
  • Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience with Semiconductor Related product, mainly on Flip Chip Technology
  • Knowledge in RFID and WLCSP will be added advantage
  • Must have experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting and other management tools to analyze, plan and direct business programs
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin. Translation from English to Mandarin might be needed for most of the Marketing tools
  • Must have proven record of success in sales and maintaining strong relationship with customers
  • Proven ability to efficiently use all Microsoft Office products
  • Self‑motivated and job dedicated person. Able to work under less supervision environment
  • Excellent organization skills and a team player
  • Result and detail‑oriented
