The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s foreign exchange and cross-border money transfer services while developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities
  • Identify corporate (SME) customers through cold-calling databases or your own extensive business network built over your sales career.
  • Make appointments to visit and present our services to corporate (SME) customers.
  • Engage with corporate (SME) customers to understand their cross-border money transfer needs, and present our services to them.
  • Ensure appropriate marketing materials are generated.
  • Acquire new corporate (SME) customers (“hunter role”) and manage existing customer relationships (“farmer role”).
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma, preferably majoring in business or finance-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sales to corporate (SME) customers, preferably with other cross-border money transfer companies (e.g. payment Fintechs, MSBs) or banks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to communicate well with various levels of people in organizations.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Sales team leadership skills will be advantageous.

Basic Salary range of MYR 4,000 - 6,000.
