A leading food manufacturer is seeking a Senior Executive in Research & Development to manage new product development for snacks and instant noodles. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science and have at least 4 years of experience in product development within the food industry. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication ability, and knowledge of food safety regulations. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure compliance and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the food industry.
• Experience in snack, fried, extruded products or instant noodles is preferred.
• Proven track record in new product development and formulation optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist or lead new product development for snacks and instant noodles.
• Design and establish new processes and product specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams for product compliance with regulations.
