Job description

To assist the Senior Manager of Contract Management with regard to:

• Contract Administration
• Contractual Claims
• Tender/Contract Documents Review
• Management Approval
• Drafting Agreement
• Legal matters with solicitors and legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Contract Administration full work spectrum

Contractual letters and documents

Assisting the Legal Department with regard to disputes, CIPAA, arbitration, etc.

Issuance of Letter of Acceptance/Appointment

Execute the Rationalization of Rates process, review and finalization of the Contract Document

Preparation of various Management Approval Papers based on the Limits of Authority

Drafting Turnkey, O&M Agreement, etc. To comply with Prolintas’ management systems and legal requirements pertaining to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Quantity Surveying / Master's in Construction Law or MSc. In Construction Contract Management (advantage)
