Role Description

As a core backend developer, you will participate in building high-concurrency communication systems and future Web3-related services. A deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database fundamentals is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop core backend business logic primarily using Python.
• Design and optimize database schemas (e.g., PostgreSQL) to ensure high performance under large data volumes.
• Deeply research and extend the Matrix communication protocol, resolving performance bottlenecks and adding new features.
• Participate in system architecture design to ensure high availability and security.
• Learn and participate in Web3 smart contract and decentralized application development.

Requirements

• Experience: Min3years of backend development experience with medium-to-large scale systems preferred.
• Language: Proficient in Python; familiar with mainstream frameworks (Django/FastAPI/Flask); understanding of asynchronous programming (Asyncio).
• Foundations: Strong background in data structures and algorithms; solid understanding of operating systems and HTTP/TCP protocols.
• Database: Proficient in database normalization, indexing optimization, locking mechanisms, and transaction management.
• Bonus: Experience with the Matrix protocol or strong interest in blockchain/Web3 (even without prior experience, willingness to learn is key).
• Personal Traits: Strong logical thinking; capable of delivering end-to-end solutions from database design to API output; strong debugging intuition.
