Job description

Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, quality assurance, supply chain, marketing) to deliver audio products from concept to mass production.

Work with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

Create and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and trackers to monitor progress and risks.

Ensure timely execution of development milestones, including ID lock, EVT/DVT/PVT stages, tooling, certification, and mass production.

Coordinate with external vendors, ODM/OEM partners, and component suppliers.

Organize and facilitate project meetings, issue tracking, and resolution processes.

Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Monitor quality standards compliance and manage regulatory certification documentation (e.g. CE, FCC)

Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.

Host internal meetings and hold conference calls with overseas customers to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP or Agile certification is preferred

More than 3 years of project management experience, preferably in consumer electronics or audio industry

Strong understanding of audio product development process (acoustics, electronics, ID/ME, firmware)

Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills with attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira)

Experience working with cross‑functional and multicultural teams

Familiar with Bluetooth, ANC, TWS, home/ smart audio technologies

Experience managing ODM/OEM relationships in Asia
