Job description

Responsibilities

• Execute the projects to meet established schedule, cost and quality as per the estimated master programming in Microsoft Project Online.
• Prepare and maintain daily site progress.
• Review structural drawings and prepare and submit Request for Information (RFI) to consultant for inspection.
• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings and follow-up preparation of As-Built Drawings and material samples submission at site.
• Vet the approved method statement or work instructions.
• Adhere to the project schedule, cost and quality plan.
• Arrange and conduct sub-contractor meetings as well as attend other technical interface meetings with clients and consultants.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractor progress of work at site.
• Carry out quality inspection for work done by sub-contractors at site and maintain such records.
• Develop detailed project work breakdown structure (WBS) prior to each stage of the construction.
• Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
• Monitor schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviation warnings hindering project results.
• Recommend modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
• Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment.
• Prepare and present regular internal and external project reports for management.
• Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
• Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.
• Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Construction Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
