  • Bachelor’sDegreein Business Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum3 - 5years’experiencein Procurement or Supply Chain roles, preferably within manufacturing,chemicals, AGS, or aerospace environments.
  • Strongknowledgeof procurement operations, supplier management, negotiation, and contractadministration, supported by sound commercial judgement.
  • ProficientinERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and program-based procurement environments.
  • Workingunderstandingof contract law, customs regulations, and financial fundamentals, includingcost analysis, P&L impact, and balance sheet basics.
  • Abilitytobalance cost, quality, and delivery priorities with effective stakeholder andsupplier relationship management.
  • CIPS orequivalent professional certification is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end supply chainoperations, covering supplier scheduling, receiving, production coordination,and final shipment.
  • Plan and administer supplier schedulesaligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS), including management oforder changes and supply disruptions.
  • Maintain ERP/MRP data integrity, ensuringaccurate receipt, dispatch, and shipment transactions.
  • Optimise inventory performance to mitigate supplyrisk while achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
  • Coordinate daily engagement with internalstakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure operational continuity.
  • Evaluate and implement operational orprocedural changes, ensuring stakeholder alignment prior to execution.
  • Lead operational review meetings, monitorKPIs, and drive timely closure of action items.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiativesto enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide team leadership and coaching,ensuring performance delivery, compliance, capability development, andadherence to HSE standards.
