Key Responsibilities

  • Establish medium‑ to long‑term procurement roadmaps to support operational expansion, productivity targets, and cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with farm operations, technical teams, finance, and planning units to forecast requirements and align procurement activities with business goals.
  • Analyse market trends, pricing movements, and supply chain risks to ensure business continuity, cost effectiveness, and long‑term value creation.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate competitive contracts, and ensure strict compliance with quality, delivery, and performance standards.
  • Champion digitalisation, data analytics, and process automation to enhance procurement visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead internal procurement audits and enforce adherence to company procurement policies, approval limits, and internal control frameworks.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, environmental, and sustainability requirements across all procurement activities.
Requirements
