Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor or electronics plating processes.
• Hands-on experience in plating equipment setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record in cost reduction and technical problem-solving.
• Experience in vendor management and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the setup, process characterization, and qualification of new plating lines.
• Provide technical support for New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Change Notices (PCN), and ongoing production packages.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure effective training for operators.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives focused on bath life extension, spare parts optimization, and chemical usage efficiency.
• Oversee machine qualification and manage project execution to meet ramp-up schedules.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team including Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
