Join the dynamic team at CKT MOTOR as a Senior Operation Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Kepala Batas, Penang, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the company's sales operations and driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What you’ll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting performance targets.

Identify areas for process optimisation and implement practical solutions to boost operational excellence.

Lead and motivate a team of sales and service staff, providing training, guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Liaise with cross‑functional teams to gather feedback, resolve issues and implement best practices.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend data‑driven strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans and initiatives.

What we’re looking for

Able to work 6 days a week.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operational or supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Proven track record of driving sales performance, operational efficiency and implementing process improvements.

Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret and utilise performance metrics.

Proficient in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross‑functional teams.

Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration.
