In this role you will make an impact by:

Lead daily global IT infrastructure operations, supporting the global team

Maintain and operate global IT infrastructure (e.g., Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, VMware NSX)

Assist global infrastructure/operations teams (e.g., DK, US, PIT) and participate in internal projects & maintenance windows

Handle infrastructure alarms, calls from internal users/external suppliers; act per procedures, report hardware failures to vendors and follow up

Manage global IT service management (e.g., Incident, Change Control, IT asset, Knowledge) and incident management (e.g., ServiceNow, Opsgenie)

Solve and guide team on tasks related to server infrastructure (e.g., VMware, MS Windows, Linux), cloud infrastructure (e.g., MS Azure), monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds Orion) and server patch management (e.g., ManageEngine)

Prepare reports (capacity, security, backup, etc.), update documentation/procedures; take technical ownership of 1-2 technologies as primary responsible

To succeed you must hold:

Familiar and expert in network infrastructure (e.g., Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, VMware NSX)

Hold relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE; CompTIA Network+/Security+; Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS; Microsoft MCSA/MCSE; VMware VCP-NV; ITIL Foundation)

Proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, BGP, OSPF) and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)

Experienced with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Zabbix), troubleshooting (Wireshark packet analysis, log analysis, performance tuning) and security (VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS)

Knowledgeable in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP fundamentals) and scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations support
