Take "brief" to identify client needs. To put together Feasibility & Design Proposals.

Prepare Plans, Layout & Detailed drawings according to Specifications.

Prepare Tender drawings & Documentation.

Prepare authority & Technical submissions.

Attend Project Site meetings & Authority meetings.

Liaise with Client, Consultants and Local authorities.

A flair for design and good sound technical knowledge.

Meticulous, strong planning, good organization skills, Supervisory and good project management skills.
