Responsibility
Nationwide Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and lead Malaysia’s overall marketing communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the regional brand direction and business goals.
  • Champion brand‑building and awareness initiatives through large‑scale campaigns, PR, media partnerships, and roadshows (e.g., auto expos, lifestyle events).
  • Localise regional campaigns for the Malaysian market while maintaining Volt Auto’s EV brand identity and adherence to creative guidelines.
  • Identify local market opportunities and consumer insights to drive awareness and preference for electric vehicles.
Dealer Marketing Oversight
  • Partner with dealers nationwide to ensure consistent and effective marketing execution that drives showroom traffic and sales conversion.
  • Establish and maintain dealer marketing standards, provide creative guidance, and evaluate their marketing performance.
  • Review and seek regional HQ approval for dealer marketing proposals, ensuring effective and responsible use of support funds.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build, coach, and lead a Malaysia marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and high performance, ensuring high quality execution.
  • Act as the key liaison between the Malaysia team and Singapore HQ, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with regional strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and event organisers to maximise campaign impact and strengthen market presence.
Budget & Performance Management
  • Oversee Malaysia’s marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Track and analyse marketing KPIs across brand campaigns, digital performance, and dealer activations, reporting results to Singapore HQ.
  • Present performance reports and insights to the Singapore HQ, recommending strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency.
