Job description
Responsibilities
  • Work remotely at KL, but required to travel to multiple retail outlet 2-3 times per week.
  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage & measure reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan and create digital marketing campaigns on various social media and channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, etc.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) or end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with the team in developing online plan/strategy as well as creative and effective marketing campaign.
  • Work closely with designers team to craft design material and online posting copy.
  • Maintain and develop successful business partnerships and manage to solve issues timely and appropriate manner with business partners.
  • Manage KOL and collaborate with vendor partners. Content sourcing from partners, brands, influencers, creative.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Assist with event campaigns, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
  • Required to perform live hosting on social media platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining client relationships.
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Travel to multiple outlets in Klang Valley.
