Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in assembly and manufacturing operations.
• Solid knowledge of production line management.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Line Leaders, including training and performance reviews.
• Ensure cleanroom equipment meets output and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure produced parts meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Work with Production Planning to schedule jobs.
