Responsibilities
  • Align and design enterprise system architectures, standards, integration practices, and roadmaps with business objectives, ensuring governance and consistency across digital transformation initiatives and various projects.
  • Provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Evaluate & select software applications, platforms & tools to increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain standards to support business processes, integration, and data flows for garment and textile manufacturing systems, ensuring aligned implementation with project teams.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams at all organizational levels to gather requirements, define system architectures, manage governance, and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present architecture designs, roadmaps, and system integration diagrams to senior management and stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and influence throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 15 years as a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in system architecture design and implementation, including hardware, software, and network components.
  • Strong business and system knowledge of manufacturing business‑related processes, including product development lifecycle, procurement, production planning and scheduling, inventory management, manufacturing execution control and tracking, quality control, warehouse and logistics.
  • Proficiency in PLM, ERP, APS, MES, QA, WMS system architecture design and implementation, including hardware, software, and network components.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Working location: Hong Kong.
