Assist Motor Franchise Holders & Dealers (MFD) and the management to lead and grow MFD business.
Initiate business plan and put up proposals to support Department Strategies.
Develop business opportunities effectively, manage the channel with acceptable profitability of portfolio, improve productivity by monitoring KPI, such as GWP, Underwriting profit and penetration ratio of each brand and dealer respectively.
Business development, such as new dealer development, new Franchise scheme and re-construct the scheme continuously.
Attend to any internal discussions related to MFD issues and business development.
Contribute to implementing and strengthening key processes and internal controls for the business.
Coach newly recruited marketing officers.
