We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of In-House Sales to lead our internal sales team, optimize our conversion funnel, and drive significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • This person reports to CEO/DCEO and takes accountability to drive all matters relating to in-house sales strategy and team, managing daily sales activities, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement in-house sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the Team.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Optimize sales processes and CRM usage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments.
  • Report sales forecasts and performance to management.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record with a minimum 10+ years of working experience with 3+ years in a leadership role, relevant experience in sales leadership, telemarketing and team building within personal financing industry.
  • Bachelor/University degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, sales, build and lead/manage high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, resilient and strategic thinker with a passion for driving sustainable growth.
  • Great at interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Mature thinking, bright personality, and positive attitude.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support decision-making of various stakeholders.
