• Well versed with basic law & procedure.
• Good in legal research, critical thinking & time management.
• Able to draft court papers and give independent opinion.
• Can manage and monitor progress of files to meet deadlines.
• Determined, willing to work late and weekends if required.
• Able to handle multi-tasking.
• High commitment to complete assigned tasks and learn.
• Comply with instruction and handle pressure well.
• Advising on all relevant laws and addressing legal issues with clients.

Responsibilities – Legal Assistant (Syariah)

• Mahir dalam undang-undang syariah & prosedur.
• Mahir dalam merangka kertas kausa dan pendapat dalam undang-undang.
• Mempunyai pengurusan masa yang bagus.
• Boleh menerima arahan dan mengendalikan kes dengan baik.
• Boleh bekerja dibawah pengawasan yang minimum.

Qualifications & Requirements – Senior Litigation Lawyer

• At least 5–10 years of experience in general litigation.
• With PC (Year 2026).
• Able to conduct trial cases independently.
• Character traits: honesty, integrity, responsibility, obedience to instructions, determination, hardworking, focused, meticulous to details, self‑motivated.
• Good oral & written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mempunyai Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie Kuala Lumpur atau Selangor.
• Pengalaman atau tidak berpengalaman.
