Requirement

Responsibility
Key Account Management (Guardian & Watsons)
  • Lead all negotiations, listings, relistings
  • Build annual JBP (Joint Business Plan)
  • Secure more PO, more shades, more facings
  • Ensure price & promo compliance
  • Monitor stock & sell-out trends across stores
  • Weekly buyer calls + monthly reviews
Trade & Retail Excellence
  • Execute shelf improvements, planogram, testers
  • Identify high-potential stores for expansion
  • Work with BA/promoters and improve conversion
  • Audit 10–15 stores/month (KL + surrounding)
Promotion & Activation
  • Plan and submit promo proposals
  • Align with marketing on campaigns
  • Execute POSM in-store
  • Track promo ROI
Data & Insights
  • Analyse weekly sell-out
  • Identify declining SKUs, dead stock, shade gaps
  • Recommend adjustments to marketing team
  • Provide competitor intelligence
