Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• API Excellence: Build and document secure RESTful APIs that serve as the backbone for our web and mobile applications.
• System Optimization: Conduct performance tuning, hardware sizing, and query optimization to ensure low-latency responses.
• Mentorship: Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of clean code and SOLID principles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience with a heavy focus on the Java ecosystem.
• Spring Mastery: Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
• Database Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with NoSQL solutions (MongoDB/Redis) is a plus.
• Microservices: Practical experience with microservices architecture, including service discovery, circuit breakers, and centralized configuration.
• DevOps Culture: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions) and containerization via Docker/Kubernetes.

• Modern Web Frameworks: Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js.
