In 2026 we will open our Johor 1st Bath & Kitchen Concept Showroom that offer design, product sourcing, and build for client in a same showroom.

Now We are looking for senior candidate who not only love design & consults client in building meaningful living space that stylish and practical. But love to lead and grow people that in future want to manage a team.

Job Summary

You will mentor & lead Junior ID in helping you create or enhance a modular design concept for bath & kitchen space for our high interest walk in or online customer enquiry.

Job Description

• Lead, engage & retain relationship with walk in and online client to understand their need and provide them meaningful consultation, solutions, & design.
• Oversee “Design–Product Selection–Build” execution with junior help in project coordination, design documentation, site review, and resolving design issues.
• Create & enhance design modular concept with junior help for faster client decision making.

Your work office will be in our showroom and you must be able to work at weekends and take off day on weekdays.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU HAVE

• Possess at least a Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent field.
• Experience & knowledge in communicating with customer.
• Experience working in retail environment (will be an added advantage).
• Must have worked as Interior Designer in a firm before.
