Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is at the core of what we do. You will evaluate and implement new data analytics/monitoring solutions and provide third level day‑to‑day operation support, helping to investigate and resolve incidents that were not resolved in lower support levels. When it comes to firmware bugs, vulnerabilities and other issues related to our technologies, communicating with our vendors is key.

For any issues related to infrastructure and application performance within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. You will manage, propose and implement all necessary changes to production and test environments in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.

Last but not least, data analytics and monitoring technologies associated with servers, containers and databases are all part of your support league.

We're looking for:

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a Splunk Certified Enterprise Admin or Developer is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of OpenShift technology and various operating systems like Linux / Windows or being a software developer will also be an integral part of this role. You are a Data Analytics aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of various analytical tools/languages like Python or any Machine Learning toolkit. You can work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, cross‑region collaboration with teams around the globe, advanced spoken and written English will be useful.
