A leading recruitment firm is hiring a Sr HRA executive / Asst HRA Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Job Responsibilities
  • HR Function: Hiring: recruitment process from posting to selection.
  • Employees onboarding: onboarding process include preparation of offer letter.
  • Discipline: handle grievances and IR.
  • Rules & Laws: advise management on employment law compliance.
  • Records: Keep all employee information and important HR documents organized and confidential.
  • Coordinate with payroll dept for any employee change in payroll and employment status.
  • Admin Function: Uniforms: Handle ordering, giving out, and keeping track of company uniforms.
  • Buying: Buy all the things the office needs, from pens to pantry snacks, and manage supplies.
  • Cleaner & Securities services management.
  • Announcements: Write and send out official company messages and memos.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder in relevant qualification.
  • At least 5 years HR full function experience.
  • People-oriented and results-driven mentality.
  • Good in employment onboarding process and documentation.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
