Job summary

A leading global event organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive, HR Business Partnering to support the HR Manager in delivering effective HR solutions. This role will drive HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency in a fast-paced MNC environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and 3-5 years of HR experience, with good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an MNC or fast-paced organization.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
