Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Malaysian labour regulations, including handling allowances, claims, and statutory submissions.
  • HR Operations: Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and support audit processes, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, helping to build a strong team.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Compliance & Policy: Contribute to the review and improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
  • HR Education: Diploma or Degree holders in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields, bringing a solid foundation in HR principles.
  • Payroll Experience: 3-4 years of HR Generalist experience, particularly with hands-on payroll expertise in the Malaysian context.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills to manage data effectively.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
