A leading construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a Lead Sourcing and Recruitment professional to spearhead high-priority hiring initiatives. The role involves executing full-cycle recruitment activities, developing employer branding strategies, and managing stakeholder partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, with strong analytical and project management skills. Lead sourcing efforts for high-priority and strategic roles, developing targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
Execute full-cycle recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Drive both high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that showcase the company’s culture, values, and career growth opportunities.
Create and manage impactful recruitment content across social media, career sites, job boards, and recruitment campaigns.
Plan and participate in recruitment marketing activities such as job fairs, campus engagements, and industry networking events to attract active and passive talent.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and shareholders to understand workforce needs and ensure recruitment strategies support long-term talent pipelines.
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
Establish and maintain professional networks with HR professionals, educational institutions, and industry partners.
Track and analyze recruitment data, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, and compliance across business units.
Ensure consistent recruitment practices and documentation aligned with company policies and best practices.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity standards.
Mitigate recruitment-related risks and uphold ethical hiring practices.
At least Diploma in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding.
Experience as an internal or external headhunter for senior or strategic roles is a strong advantage.
Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, job portals, recruitment systems, and recruitment analytics.
Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing strategies, and employer branding best practices.
Proficient in LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other digital recruitment and branding tools.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven with strong project management and execution skills.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
