Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
- Ensure new hires are equipped with all necessary resources, documentation, and information.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including EPF, SOCSO, and HRDF contributions.
- Assist with performance management, appraisals, and employee development programmes.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and well-maintained facilities.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and company-wide activities, including venue bookings and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative compliance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies in line with Malaysia’s Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
- Promote a positive work culture and maintain strong employee relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in Malaysia.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Language: Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with regional stakeholders.
