Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Pastry Chef to join our kitchen in Subang.
In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them want to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Possess minimum certificates/vocational/diploma
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in either hotels or restaurants
- Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts
- Positive and inviting attitude
- Enjoy working around children and adults
- Passionate about food
- Self‑motivated and can work with the team
- Must have valid Typhoid, Food Handlers Certificate and Vaccination Certificate (2 dose + booster)
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of professional chefs to prepare daily meals
- Manage inventory control system
- Work responsibly
- Maintain great physical condition
- Learn and apply new recipes, processes and techniques
- Follow company policies and procedures (SOPs) with integrity
- Handle pressure well
- Taste the food to ensure quality
- Work quickly and under time constraints
