A leading diagnostic laboratory services provider in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger postings. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience, coupled with a diploma or degree in the relevant field. Familiarity with accounting systems and a professional qualification like ACCA is preferred. This role involves preparing journal entries, conducting reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.
Handle day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR, and general ledger postings
Prepare journal entries, schedules, and basic month-end closing support
Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Maintain proper documentation, filing, and tracking of finance‑related records
Support ad‑hoc finance, reporting, and administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements
1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of finance processes
Nice to have:
Professional qualification or progress toward ACCA / equivalent
Experience working with accounting systems or ERP
Prior exposure to finance operations in a corporate or shared services environment
