Job summary

A leading education technology company in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to prepare invoices, manage accounts payable, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess at least an LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong accounting skills, time management, and the ability to work independently are essential. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in accounting or finance.
• Ability to prepare a full set of accounts.
• Keen to learn and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices and deal with counsellors regarding outstanding invoices.
• Record supplier expenses and arrange monthly staff commissions.
• Assist in monthly closing, yearly audit, and prepare management reports.
