  • Cross-check booking inputs with trading blotters and pricing sheets.
  • Perform daily trade reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and monitor settlement of derivatives and structured products.
  • Maintain clean audit trails for compliance and regulatory queries.

Job Description:
1. Trade Booking & Validation
  • Ensure accurate and timely booking of trades across:
    • Exchange-traded commodity options and futures (CME, ICE, BMD, DCE, LIFFE, ZCE)
    • OTC exotic options and structured products
    • FX, commodities, and proprietary trades
  • Cross-check booking inputs with trading blotters, pricing sheets, and front-office systems
  • Validate Greeks, notionals, payoffs, counterparties, and trade structures
  • Perform daily trade reconciliations across:
    • Internal systems vs broker/exchange confirms
    • Front-office risk and P&L tools vs official books
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks, mismatches, and discrepancies
  • Liaise with brokers, exchanges, and clearing houses for confirmation and settlement resolution
3. Settlement & Lifecycle Management
  • Coordinate and monitor settlement of derivatives and structured products
  • Track trade lifecycle events, ensure accurate calculation and settlement of cashflows and premiums
  • Monitor and upscale margin requirements:
    • Exchange and clearing house margin
    • Collateral calls and threshold alerts
  • Coordinate with Treasury and Risk to ensure adequate funding and liquidity
  • Track collateral movements and eligibility across instruments and clearing venues
5. Operational Controls & Reporting
  • Maintain clean audit trails and support regulatory, compliance, and audit queries
  • Assist in generation and review of:
    • Daily P&L validation
    • Position reports, expiry schedules, and exposure summaries
  • Participate in regular trade review meetings and end-of-day checks
  • Automate reconciliation and reporting processes
