Job summary

A leading credit reporting firm in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Talent Management to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned portfolios. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and utilizing recruitment analytics. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong sourcing and interviewing skills and proficiency in relevant tools. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, as well as fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Preference for candidates with recruitment agency experience.
  • Experience in corporate, technology, or financial services is advantageous.

We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive, Talent Management to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned portfolios, delivering timely, high-quality, and cost-effective hiring outcomes.

Here\'s How You Will Add Value:
End to End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handover.
  • Deliver hiring outcomes aligned to approved manpower plans, timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and/or update job descriptions with hiring managers.
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct search and talent mapping.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for all roles within assigned portfolios.
  • Leverage employer branding content to attract high-quality candidates.
Stakeholder Partnerships
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and gaps to fill.
  • Share market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Guide managers on interview techniques, selection decisions and hiring best practices.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Manage candidate communications, feedback and closure in a timely manner.
  • Represent the organization professionally in career fairs, recruitment events and networking sessions.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS / HR systems.
  • Prepare recruitment dash boards and insights for management review.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Contribute to recruitment digitisation and automation initiatives.
What you\'ll need to succeed:
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related disciplines
Work Experience
  • 4+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
  • Preference for candidates with recruitment agency experience.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms
  • Experience in corporate, technology, financial services, or listed company environment is an advantage.
