Responsibilities
- Executive tasks assigned by the Manager related to shared service setup and operations.
- Assist in the Shared Service Blueprints establishments.
- Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, and documentation for shared services.
- Coordinate with finance teams across hospitals to ensure smooth executive of centralised processes.
Assist in Process Standardization
- Conduct process mapping and prepare standard operation procedures under the Manager's guidance.
- Review and document workflows to ensure alignment with standardized policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance requirements.
Facilitate EFS Implementation
- Assist in gathering user requirements for the Enterprise Financial System.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Provide first-level support to users during system rollouts and post-implementation phases.
Ensure Integration with Other Systems
- Execute assigned tasks to facilitate system integration between EFS and other platforms (nHIS, e-procurement, payroll).
- Document and escalate integration issues for resolution.
- Participate in testing and validation of integrated workflows.
Support User Training and Change Management
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and organize user workshops under the Manager's direction.
- Address user queries and escalate feedback for system enhancements.
- Communicate procedural changes and updates effectively to end-users.
Job Holder Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Master's in Accounting/Business Administration (MBA). Possess professional qualifications such as ACCA/MICPA/CIMA.
- More than 3 years of relevant accounting experience or any related field.
- Member of any relevant professional bodies.
- Experienced in financial analysis and engagement reporting.
- Extensive knowledge in financial analysis and management reporting.
- Strong experience and ability to drive process improvement.
- Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrate high self-drive and self-reliance, able to work and lead independently.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills and a strategic thinker.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities and able to deliver high quality, accurate work.
