Job Summary
  • As Senior Sales Executive, you will be entrusted with driving revenue growth through strategicsales of hall bookings and event spaces across GSC Mass and GSC Luxe cinemas. You will serve as a key liaison between GSC and our clients, translating their brand needs into immersive, high impact experiences within our venues. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, client relationship management, attention to detail and a passion for entertainment and media.
  • You will not only work toward meeting individual and company sales targets but also contribute to expanding our client base and strengthening GSC’s position as the preferred venue for screenings, events, and media activations.
Job Responsibilities
  • Hall & Event Booking Sales (GSC Mass & GSC Luxe)
  • Proactively manage incoming enquiries for hall bookings and media placements from both direct clients and advertising agencies.
  • Strategically pitch and recommend optimal cinema locations and hall types based on client objectives, leveraging upcoming blockbuster titles and audience demographics.
  • Negotiate value-driven packages that optimize advertising while aligning with GSC’s pricing strategy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely media bookings, adhering to company guidelines and bonus entitlement policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of bookings and campaigns.
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Expand the client portfolio through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Identify new opportunities within corporate, SME, and agency segments.
  • Present compelling proposals that position GSC as a unique, high-impact marketing platform.
  • Stay informed of competitor offerings and industry trends to maintain GSC’s competitive
  • Revenue & Payment Management
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms.
  • Follow up consistently on outstanding invoices, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure all sales are properly invoiced and recorded.
  • Campaign Execution & Production Control
  • Liaise with clients and production teams to ensure that all Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) meet technical specifications.
  • Attend quality control (QC) sessions with clients to verify final ad content prior to onscreen display.
  • Troubleshoot and elevate any technical issues to ensure client satisfaction and delivery timelines.
  • Production Control
  • Review and verify the quality of Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) received from production labs to ensure they meet technical specifications and align with client expectations prior to screening
  • Teamwork
  • Work with colleagues to achieve any project set by management.
  • On-Time Delivery of Reports and Tracking Sheets
  • Prepare, consolidate, and deliver up-to-date Key Account reports, Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, and other relevant documentation required by management on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate sales, preferably within the entertainment, marketplace, leisure, retail, or other fast-paced industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365), including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Digitally savvy, with a keen awareness of current market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies relevant to the industry.
