Job summary

A leading airline company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive in Recruitment for a one-year contract. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and participating in career fairs. This role is critical for managing recruitment data and maintaining candidate pipelines for various positions.

Job description
Senior Executive, Recruitment – Technology (1-Year Contract)
  • Work with Recruitment Manager to proactively develop and implement effective global sourcing strategies in the Commercial area;
  • Carry out direct sourcing and complex searches for mid-level to senior positions and work on strategic or niche roles;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment practices and sourcing channels (job boards, social media groups, community forums, etc.) of your target markets;
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews (video calls or face-to-face) and schedule candidates for final interviews;
  • Create candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill skills;
  • Participate in graduate hiring, career fairs, and assessment centers as needed;
  • Provide regular reporting to the Recruitment Manager about the status of hiring supported by recruitment data on a weekly basis.
Skills and Experience
  • 3-6 years of experience with End-to-End Recruitment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in handling Business Unit / Stakeholder / Internal client.
  • Experience in Technical and Non-Technical hiring (preferred same industry).
  • Hands‑on experience working with any recruitment tool.
  • Good market insight and business knowledge.
