Job description

Senior Executive, Property Management Services

To oversee or assist superior to oversee the Property Management Services department for the building and its surrounding perimeter.

To establish and maintain good relationship with all in‑house and external parties including the police force, Bomba and other authorities.

To develop and maintain safety and security strategies as well as policies and procedures to protect the company's properties, tenants and customers.

To conduct the investigations and liaise with relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to the safety and security.

To plan and administer emergency evacuation procedures.

Coordinate the yearly building inspection with Bomba for Fire Certificate renewal.

To brief, coordinate and supervise renovation works in owners’ lots and common areas.

To supervise visitors/contractors’ registration and movement in the building.

To assist superior to carry out inspection on the condition of the common property.

To attend to tenants/customers’ feedback and rectify within the required timeframe.

To liaise with contractors for repair or upgrading works in the lots or common areas that have been requisitioned by the Leasing Department or Operations.

Job Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Protective Services Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
