Overview

Assist the Project Manager in preparing detailed project briefs, feasibility studies, project cash flow analyses, and budgeting. Lead design development activities, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with project goals and company standards. Coordinate technical aspects of the project, including drawing reviews, cost planning, and liaising with consultants and contractors. Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget. Foster strong relationships with inter-department teams such as Sales & Marketing, Contracts, and Procurement to streamline project-related processes. Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key risks, challenges, and mitigation plans. Support risk management activities and contribute to continuous process improvements. Perform any other assignments as required by the Project Manager or Project Management Office (PMO).
