Key Accountabilities

• To conduct research on market trend on master planning design and USP
• To explore product composition to optimize product marketability and financial returns.
• Assist to explore and set design direction for the project to architects, IDs and landscape architects
• Assist to develop innovative products that enhance profit margin and improve sales
• Assist to initiate workshop with matrix team members to improve building design efficiency, enhance product unique selling point and eliminate unnecessary cost
• Assist to develop design brief outlining the design requirements to architects, IDs and landscape architects.
• Assist to produce presentations/ reports/ proposals with well-supported insights and recommendations to management.
• To review design layout to ensure spatial planning and design functionality
• Ensure all designs pertaining to building architectural, ID, landscape and any other aspects that affect the aesthetic of overall project are consistent and align to Sunway design requirements
• Ensure high level of design detailing to avoid error and abortive costs, review & coordinate drawings with other consultants during project implementation

To be successful in this role, you are likely to possess

• Qualification: Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Studies or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in product development, strategic planning, and implementation preferably with a property developer and/or consultancy firm
• Proficient in both written, spoken English and well versed in presentation.
• Possess knowledge in Uniform Building by Law (UBBL), Bomba requirements, basic design guidelines and local authority requirements.
